Helen is a Partner with Prophet based in London and brings over 20 years of experience working with clients locally and globally on the engagement of talent. As a specialist consultant her focus is on client work related to employee engagement, employer branding and culture – elements seen as increasingly critical to business success. Her assignments are hugely varied – from helping a global med-tech company engage its people through a refreshed consumer brand to building a new employer brand for one of the US’s biggest financial services organizations.
Prior to joining Prophet, Helen was CEO of a specialist company in talent consulting within the Omnicom Group. As well as running the business she led many of the significant employer brand and change programs, many of which were international or global in both definition and implementation. They included Anglo American, Cargill, Carphone Warehouse, Moody’s, Nestle, Serco, Standard Chartered and TJX.
A Durham graduate with an MBSA from Bradford Management School, Helen authored the book “The Employer Brand – Keeping Faith with the Deal” in 2009 which is still recommended reading for HR and Org Change students worldwide. She speaks and writes extensively on culture and engagement, including a regular column for Huff Post in the UK. She is also actively involved with BITC in the UK, providing support to their campaigns on gender and managing an ageing workforce.
