Russell is a Principal Consultant for Lee Hecht Harrison | Penna and a highly experienced and popular leadership development consultant having been working in this sphere for nearly twenty five years. In that time he has successfully delivered numerous projects as a manager, trainer, program leader, strategic development consultant and executive coach. These challenges have taken him around the globe many times, working with entry level managers through to CEOs of blue chip companies. This has given Russell a deep understanding of many global industries, their geographical and cultural differences and consequent unique challenges. In turn the solutions Russell offers are highly tailored; inventively meeting each client’s specific needs while at the same time having a measurable business impact. He has worked across business sectors such as public sector, utilities, pharma, global media, charity, financial services and retail.
Currently he is leading three major projects for LHH Penna: a change management intervention for a retail distributor; a global, two year leadership development programme for an agricultural supplier; and an upskilling project for a financial institution facing a major business change.
