A thought leader in his field Nimai has held various senior leadership positions in large global organisations across both private and public sectors. He holds an MBA and Six-Sigma bringing Global experience in Marketing and Leadership into HR and Talent Acquisition.
With a strong passion for building Brands, Nimai started his career in the automotive design sector across Europe and Asia Pacific. In 2001 Nimai joint Centrica Plc an international Energy firm where he worked for British Gas in various senior marketing and strategy roles.
With his background in marketing Nimai joined Royal Dutch Shell leading their Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding for the Group. He led various transformative programs and set up a number of new offices and teams across the globe including leading the Lubricants business for the UK & Nordics. Nimai then moved to RBS as their Global Director for Employer Branding and Talent Acquisition. He further took on the role of head of Diversity and Inclusion in 2010 to strengthen the group’s reputation as an inclusive employer.
In 2013 Nimai was appointed as the Marketing Director for the British Army where he led the British Army’s Talent Acquisition and Recruitment Marketing function.
Most recently Nimai has joined Diageo Plc. as the Global Director for Resourcing and Talent Engagement where he is overseeing Resourcing for the group that including Employer Branding, Graduate hiring and Executive search.
