Martyn Worsley joined Tate & Lyle as VP, Global Talent and Organisational Development in January 2017 from SAB Miller where he was the HR Director for Global Business Services and interim HR Director for Corporate Functions. Previous to this he was with the Bank of New York Mellon Corporation where he held various roles including Regional HR Director for Europe, Middle East and Africa and lead International Organisational Development and Global Talent Development for the company.
Martyn started off his career in 1997 as a graduate trainee at Lloyds TSB and undertook a number of business roles including eCommerce, M&A’s and running retail bank branches. Martyn then joined British Telecom (BT) Group followed by being a Partner in a Global Consultancy before spending time coaching International Rugby, participating in the Trans-Atlantic Yacht Race and continuing his roles as a Non-Executive Director for different sporting charities.
