Gareth Williams is the CHRO at Travelex, where he leads his global team of over 200 across 35 countries. Gareth’s current role extends to leading major transformation programmes in Travelex beyond the domain of HR. Gareth took 18 months of HR in 2015/16 to lead the business integration of Travelex and another sister business to deliver revenue and cost synergies across both businesses to its shareholders. Gareth is regarded as a thought leader in the digital and HR technology domain, where has written and participated in research and thought leadership in machine learning, robotics and AI discussing the impact it will have on the workforce and HR functions of the future. Gareth has a MBA from London Business School and is also alumnus from Harvard Business School.
