About Helen Rosethorn
Helen is a partner based in Prophet's London office. She brings over 20 years of experience working with clients locally and globally on culture and the engagement of talent. She leads Prophet’s culture, capability and engagement discipline focused on harnessing an organisation's people power to achieve growth.
Helen's assignments are hugely varied – from helping a global med-tech company engage its leaders and employees to deliver a new consumer brand positioning, defining the EVP and shaping the employee experience for a leading charity to aligning purpose and culture for a global life sciences organisation. Prior to joining Prophet, Helen was CEO of a specialist company in talent consulting within the Omnicom Group.
A Durham graduate with an MBA from Bradford Management School, Helen authored the book “The Employer Brand – Keeping Faith with the Deal”. She speaks and writes extensively on all aspects of culture and change and contributes a regular thought leadership column for Huff Post in the UK.
